Please fill out the form below to register for a License Review Lecture. Registrants for Review Lectures will receive the SWES Home Study Program at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy: Registrants are eligible for partial refunds for cancellations up to 10 days prior to the date of the review course. Charges will be assessed for the Home Study Package sent at the time of registration. No cancellations are permitted after the 10 day period. Registrants may transfer to another scheduled SWES program at any time up to 24 hours prior to a course. A $35.00 transfer fee will be charged.
