Please print out and complete the form below to register for a License Review Lecture. Registrants for Review Lectures will receive the SWES Home Study Program with their confirmation.

Cancellation Policy: Registrants are eligible for partial refunds for cancellations up to 10 days prior to the date of the review course. Charges will be assessed for the Home Study Package sent at the time of registration. No cancellations are permitted after the 10 day period. Registrants may transfer to another scheduled SWES program at any time up to 24 hours prior to a course . A $35.00 transfer fee will be charged. Software is not returnable.

Shipping surcharges may be added for orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, or other American Territories. International shipment fees are calculated on the lowest UPS Air Rates available. Shipments to military post offices are available at standard shipping charges.

All orders received before 3:00pm eastern time are normally shipped on the same day. You can expect delivery within 5-7 business days after ordering. Please allow extra time if payment is made by check. Credit card and money order purchases ship immediately. More rapid shipping is available at extra cost.
